Field survey

Please provide me with the information below, 

1. Field work of an article and the land. Please bring along any documentations if you have any.

2. For renovation, I will ask you to answer our local actual survey.

In addition, I may measure the number of furniture and storing of the house you live now.

About design

I will design based on your request followed by the building compliance on each site.

The indication of design charges is 10~20% of the total cost of construction (tax-included).

Additionally, I try to minimize the design costs by providing consultation by a scale or contents (a door-built house: 2.5 million yen, interior: 1.6 million yen).

The estimation of the costs includes the contingency costs.

There is a charge of presentation production costs of 100,000 yen. This is to examine a design request when a drawing and a model are necessary. This may not be necessary afterwards when the contract takes place.

Construction start to completion

I often go and visit the site during the construction and make sure things are in place. I try my best to bring the best outcome and change accordingly as much as possible during the project.

Once it is completed, please feel free to contact me for any repairs or consultation for any changes you wish to make.

＊I design in various fields such as the venue constitution from a store, office, and furniture not only limited to residential houses.

＊I take care of the inquiries outside of Kanto area. Please note that the commute expense will be charged separately from design control charges.
